Now available to watch in its entirety, JESUS CAMP is an academy award nominated documentary from the critically acclaimed filmmaker Heidi Ewing. The doc profiles an evangelical summer camp that encourages kids, “the Lord’s foot soldiers,” to become the next Billy Graham. Using video games, animated videos and group activities to help get their message across, the camp leader encourages the kids to pray for George W. Bush and his Supreme Court appointees while urging them to help “take back America for Christ.” Needless to say, this film provokes countless questions and for some, countless concerns.
